1. The Premise

By placing a bid on only26 (only26.top), you agree to these terms. only26 is a real-time, pay-to-rank leaderboard for the 26 letters of the English alphabet.

2. Dynamic Placement & Outbidding

Your placement is active as long as you hold the highest bid for your letter slot. Any user globally may outbid your position at any time by paying higher. Equal bids stay in the order placed — older bids keep higher rank.

3. Acceptable Content & Prohibited Links

You agree to only link to legitimate product websites, company pages, or official X @handles. Chat and invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Messenger, Signal), link shorteners, affiliate query strings, adult/NSFW content, and malware are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately without refund.

4. Non-Refundable & "AS IS"

All bids and purchases on only26 are final and non-refundable. The service is provided "AS IS" without guarantees of specific click numbers, revenue, or duration of holding a spot.
